Rah Rah Rah

I was going to take the chance tonight to recap on seriously the best weekend EVER but I'm postponing that post because I just got sucked into one of my favorite things ever: Cheerleader Nation.

Does anyone else remember this show? It aired the summer before I started college and documented the Dunbar varsity cheerleaders as they tried to win their third national championship in a row (I don't remember if they ended up winning it or not.) I was absolutely ADDICTED to this show and completely freaked when I found that it was on tonight. So now instead of going to bed so I don't end up falling asleep at work (like I almost did today) I'm absolutely glued to the tv.

Thinking about my addiction to this show reminds me of other movies/tv shows I love about cheerleaders, such as:

Anyone else have kinda a weird addiction to these type of shows or is it just me?

  1. I loved Bring It On! If it's on TV, I still stop and watch a few minutes. It cracks me up! Have a great week.

  2. Definitely not alone in this! I loved Cheerleader Nation and the first two Bring It On movies!

  3. I love "Bring It On" !!! Wish I had been more of cheerleader type :) Makes me want to be able to actually DO the stuff they can. Oh well.

  4. haha i love cheerleading shows and i was never a cheerleader!! do you ever watch the dallas cowboy tryouts? we are weirdos!

  5. I was never a cheerleader myself and I love those types of shows! I've never heard of Cheerleader Nation so I am going to check it out. I loved the Dallas Cowboys cheerleader shows, but I wish I could find the last couple seasons online to watch. I'm from Massachusetts myself so how can I not follow a blog called Boston Belle? :)

  6. I've never heard of Cheerleader Nation. But I have to admit I love watching Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Its so addictive!

  7. Bring It On is the perfect movie to bring me back to middle school...awkward age! I could sit there with a bowl of popcorn, watching that, and be perfectly happy!

  8. thank goodness someone else appreciates watching dcc as much as me! i love when cmt has marathons on the weekends; you can be sure i'll be plopped on my couch watching it all day!

p.s. thanks for the follow...i tagged you for an award on my blog; check it out when you can :)
