Surprise!

So you all have been patient all week and now it's finally time to announce my surprise! But first, I'll let you know where I'm going for Spring Break. Ok so one more time the three clues were:
  1. It's in the Southern US
  2. It's on the Atlantic Coast
  3. There are over 25 miles of Beaches
Most of you were really close, but no one quite got it... for this spring break my friends and I are going to Ft. Lauderdale! There's about 10 of us going and we are all SOOO excited. Our flight leaves at noon tomorrow and I literally cannot wait but I also have a TON to do to get ready. I am the worst when it comes to packing, and since I'm doing this last minute I hope that everything get's done in time!

Ok and now for my surprise. I've been meaning to do this for awhile, so in honor of my one year blogoversary coming up, as well as a HUGE thank you to all my amazing followers I am hosting... MY FIRST GIVEAWAY!

In honor of spring just around the corner, I decided to have kind of a "spring fling" giveaway so I'm giving away a tote/beach bag:



And spring is never complete without a little Lilly so I'm throwing in a CUTE picture frame as well:



I also have a couple other surprises that I'm going to include, and I might throw in a souvenir or two from my trip! Ok so now for the rules... I want to hear what everyone loves most about spring so:

2 entries for following
3 enteries for blogging/posting the giveaway on your blog

The giveaway will be open until midnight on Sunday March 14th, and on Monday I'll announce the winner! So good luck everyone and I'll see you all in a week!

    I am so jealous, that sounds like a great trip! I love being able to sit outside with my morning coffee and working on a tan. I'm a follower as well...since I don't have a blog, can I tweet to get a third entry? I simply must have that bag!

    Fort Lauderdale is a fun town! I am so jealous you are going someplace warm.

    I'm so jealous you're going to Ft. Lauderdale! It sure beats going back to Boston (which is where I will be), but at least the weather is kind of decent!

    I absolutely love getting to pull out my spring and summer dresses, and getting to go for long walks outside! It's so much more fun than the gym. Love the giveaway!

    My fav thing about spring -- rain...I know it sounds crazy but it's true! It doesn't rain often in LA so I look forward to the April showers. When it rains everything just looks so much more beautiful, all of the colors are magnified.

    What a darling idea! I just got back from Spring Break in Cuba, and it was so nice to be able to relax. Have an amazing time in Ft. Lauderdale, and I really hope the weather works to your favor!

    My favorite things about springs are that smoothies and flip-flops are once again acceptable. Growing up in FL, both were my daily staples. Going to school in Canada means it's sadly far too cold for either. I can't wait for my feet to be free once more and to finally start enjoying delicious smoothies!

    I love the smell of spring. Fresh cut grass, the river, sun... it all smells so wonderful and begs me to throw on some shorts and be outside.
