I'm going to apologize in advance because they're a bunch of random things I'm going to put into this post so its going to be like a bunch of mini posts in one!
First off...ok maybe it's just my school, my group of friends, and I know my hypochondria is DEFINITELY playing into this but has anyone else noticed that the subject of swine flu has been on EVERYONE'S mind's lately? It's seriously the only thing that anyone around here is talking about...the school has sent out like 800 emails, all of the professors have been talking about it in class, and my group of friends and I are talking about it because we obviously know that if one of us get's it, all of us will. To make matter's worse, one of my housemates has been feeling really sick today so we've been making her take her temp every 5 min and have basically convinced ourselves that she has it. Sooooo if I don't update my blog for awhile, I'm probably out buying a hazmat suit and curling up into the fetal position in my room!
Second of all how was everyone's weekend? Mine was GREAT but I def can't drink as much as I did both nights! Saturday was spent hanging out on the couch with my magazine/catalogue and Sunday I napped and did some work before my first sorority chapter of the year that night. Today was somewhat stressful (which is a story for a different post) however the definate HIGHLIGHT of the day was watching True Blood this afternoon on a break between classes. Um how amazing was that episode, and am I crazy or did Eric STILL look hot when he was in that dress? I also can't WAIT for the finale but can't believe that it's the Sunday after Labor Day....GRRRR.
Here are a couple fun pictures from the weekend (aka Friday night)
(My GIANT beer at the German restaurant)
tickledPINK and I with our beers
Senior and Junior KDs....ignore all of the empty Natty cans haha
(my dress from saturday night...I didn't have any cute pictures from that night but wanted to share the dress because I liked it!)
Lastly, I wanted to send a HUGE congrats out to my mama today for finishing her first day of school. After many years of working in the business world, and then being a stay at home mom, my mom decided to go back to school to become a vet technician which is something that she's always wanted to do....it's so awesome that she's doing this now, and I also want to wish her GOOD LUCK on the upcoming year!
Sorry again for this very random post and I hope everyone had a good Monday/a great end of August!
xoxo

Normal Sauce
I decided to use a quote from one of my favorite TV gals, Liz Lemon, to say that UGH, as a result of having WAY too much fun last night, I am definitely NOT feeling too normal sauce today! Last night my friends and I went to a VERY yummy German restaurant in our town for dinner and REAL beer which they offer in two sizes, half and full liters...guess which one A Boston Belle chose? Yup I had a LITER of beer (pictures will come later) and was feeling VERY tipsy after dinner. Well of course the night did not end there and we ended up going to a house party, then my friends apartment before heading out to the bars, and I knew I was done when the room started spinning at the last bar, and I was just drinking water at that point!
What did make my morning MUCH better was that when I walked downstairs for some ginger ale (I don't know what it is but that ALWAYS makes me feel better!) and checked the mailbox I saw these two things waiting for me:
and
YAY!!! These magazines completely brightened up my day and I can't wait to read them while laying on my couch (or bed haha) Sorry for the completely random post this morning but I have to admit I really just wanted an excuse to use that quote from 30 rock!

First Sign of Fall
I had a break between classes today so after I finished my lunch, I decided to sit outside the building enjoying the HOT but beautiful weather. I was reading one of my textbooks when I noticed this:
WOOHOO! Even though it is only late August I am SO happy that some of the trees on campus are starting to change, and I can't wait until all of these trees look like these:
Fall is my absolute FAVORITE season, and I can't wait for the beautiful, cool weather, pumpkins, apple cider, sweaters, and (most importantly haha) my birthday! Next week around here it's supposed to be in the 60s which is just another sign that Fall is right around the corner!
On a completely different note I am SO happy that the first week of classes is over! Even though I wasn't the best on doing all of my homework this week (I really need to catch up on reading this weekend!) I feel like I have been running around all week so I can't wait to just RELAX for the next couple days. I don't really think I have a ton of huge weekend plans so I would love to hear if any of you all do and have a fantastic weekend!
xoxo

It's day 2, and I'm already sick of school work....this isn't a good sign
What I'm doing right now
What I should be doing
(aka writing a 3-5 pg paper for my black world studies class...SERIOUSLY?)
What I wish I was doing
or
Where I wish I was
I hope you all are having a better night than I am!

Tickle the Funny Bone Tuesday
Ha sorry for my lame attempt at a creative title for this post but I just HAD to share this with you all. I found this on Jessica's blog Happiest Girls Are the Prettiest Girls and was seriously laughing for the longest time after I read this...I'll take a cue from her and bold the ones that are my favs! While I'm not 25 yet I can def relate to most of these...Enjoy!
Random thoughts from people 25-35 years old..
-I wish Google Maps had an "Avoid Ghetto" routing option.
-More often than not, when someone is telling me a story all I can think about is that I can't wait for them to finish so that I can tellmy own story that's not only better, but also more directly involves me.
-Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.
-I don't understand the purpose of the line, "I don't need to drink to have fun." Great, no one does. But why start a fire with flint and sticks when they've invented the lighter?
-Have you ever been walking down the street and realized that you're going in the complete opposite direction of where you are supposed tobe going? But instead of just turning a 180 and walking back in the direction from which you came, you have to first do something like check your watch or phone or make a grand arm gesture and mutter to yourself to ensure that no one in the surrounding area thinks you're crazy by randomly switching directions on the sidewalk.
-That's enough, Nickelback.
- I totally take back all of those times I didn't want to nap when I was younger
-Is it just me, or are 80% of the people in the "people you may know"feature on Facebook people that I do know, but I deliberately choose not to be friends with?
-Do you remember when you were a kid, playing Nintendo and it wouldn't work? You take the cartridge out, blow in it and that would magically fix the problem. Every kid in America did that, but how did we all know how to fix the problem? There was no internet or message boards or FAQ's. We just figured it out. Today's kids are soft.
-There is a great need for sarcasm font.
-Sometimes, I'll watch a movie that I watched when I was younger and suddenly realize I had no idea what the f was going on when I first saw it.
-I think everyone has a movie that they love so much, it actually becomes stressful to watch it with other people. I'll end up wasting90 minutes shiftily glancing around to confirm that everyone's laughing at the right parts, then making sure I laugh just a little bit harder (and a millisecond earlier) to prove that I'm still the only one who really, really gets it.
-How the hell are you supposed to fold a fitted sheet?
-I would rather try to carry 10 plastic grocery bags in each hand than take 2 trips to bring my groceries in.
- I think part of a best friend's job should be to immediately clear your computer history if you die.
-The only time I look forward to a red light is when I’m trying to finish a text.
- A recent study has shown that playing beer pong contributes to the spread of mono and the flu. Yeah, if you suck at it.
- LOL has gone from meaning, "laugh out loud" to "I have nothing else to say".
- I have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and hunger.
- Answering the same letter three times or more in a row on a Scantron test is absolutely petrifying.
- Whenever someone says "I'm not book smart, but I'm street smart", all I hear is "I'm not real smart, but I'm imaginary smart".
- How many times is it appropriate to say "What?" before you just nod and smile because you still didn't hear what they said?
- I love the sense of camaraderie when an entire line of cars teams up to prevent a dick from cutting in at the front. Stay strong, brothers!
- Every time I have to spell a word over the phone using 'as in' examples, I will undoubtedly draw a blank and sound like a complete idiot. Today I had to spell my boss's last name to an attorney and said "Yes that's G as in...(10 second lapse)..ummm...Goonies" (Except I always think of the most innappropriate word to say, like 'penis' or 'asshole'!!)
-What would happen if I hired two private investigators to follow each other?
- While driving yesterday I saw a banana peel in the road and instinctively swerved to avoid it...thanks Mario Kart.
-MapQuest really needs to start their directions on #5. Pretty sure I know how to get out of my neighborhood.
- Obituaries would be a lot more interesting if they told you how the person died.
- I find it hard to believe there are actually people who get in the shower first and THEN turn on the water.
-Shirts get dirty. Underwear gets dirty. Pants? Pants never get dirty, and you can wear them forever.
- I would like to officially coin the phrase 'catching the swine flu'to be used as a way to make fun of a friend for hooking up with an overweight woman. Example: "Dave caught the swine flu last night."
-I can't remember the last time I wasn't at least kind of tired.
- Bad decisions make good stories
-Whenever I'm Facebook stalking someone and I find out that their profile is public I feel like a kid on Christmas morning who just gotthe Red Ryder BB gun that I always wanted. 546 pictures? Don't mind ifI do!
- Is it just me or do high school girls get sluttier & sluttier every year?
-If Carmen San Diego and Waldo ever got together, their offspringwould probably just be completely invisible.
-Why is it that during an ice-breaker, when the whole room has to go around and say their name and where they are from, I get so incredibly nervous? Like I know my name, I know where I'm from, this shouldn't be a problem....
--You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you've made up your mind that you just aren't doing anything productive for the rest of the day.
-Can we all just agree to ignore whatever comes after DVDs? I don't want to have to restart my collection.
-There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.
-I'm always slightly terrified when I exit out of Word and it asks me if I want to save any changes to my ten page research paper that I swear I did not make any changes to.
- "Do not machine wash or tumble dry" means I will never wash this ever.
-I hate being the one with the remote in a room full of people watching TV. There's so much pressure. 'I love this show, but will they judge me if I keep it on? I bet everyone is wishing we weren't watching this. It's only a matter of time before they all get up and leave the room. Will we still be friends after this?'
-I hate when I just miss a call by the last ring (Hello? Hello?Dammit!), but when I immediately call back, it rings nine times and goes to voicemail. What'd you do after I didn't answer? Drop the phone and run away?
- I hate leaving my house confident and looking good and then not seeing anyone of importance the entire day. What a waste.
- When I meet a new girl, I'm terrified of mentioning something she hasnt already told me but that I have learned from some light internet stalking.
-I like all of the music in my iTunes, except when it's on shuffle, then I like about one in every fifteen songs in my iTunes.
-Why is a school zone 20 mph? That seems like the optimal cruising speed for pedophiles...
- As a driver I hate pedestrians, and as a pedestrian I hate drivers, but no matter what the mode of transportation, I always hate cyclists.
-Sometimes I'll look down at my watch 3 consecutive times and still not know what time it is.
-It should probably be called Unplanned Parenthood.
-I keep some people's phone numbers in my phone just so I know not to answer when they call.
-Even if I knew your social security number, I wouldn't know what do to with it.
-Even under ideal conditions people have trouble locating their car keys in a pocket, hitting the G-spot, and Pinning the Tail on the Donkey - but I’d bet my ass everyone can find and push the Snooze button from 3 feet away, in about 1.7 seconds, eyes closed, first time every time...
-My 4-year old son asked me in the car the other day "Dad what wouldhappen if you ran over a ninja?" How the hell do I respond to that?
-It really pisses me off when I want to read a story on CNN.com and the link takes me to a video instead of text.
-I wonder if cops ever get pissed off at the fact that everyone they drive behind obeys the speed limit.
- I think the freezer deseres a light as well.
-I disagree with Kay Jewelers. I would bet on any given Friday or Saturday night more kisses begin with Miller Lites than Kay.
-The other night I ordered takeout, and when I looked in the bag, saw they had included four sets of plastic silverware. In other words, someone at the restaurant packed my order, took a second to think about it, and then estimated that there must be at least four people eating to require such a large amount of food. Too bad I was eating by myself. There's nothing like being made to feel like a fat bastard before dinner.

I'm Finally Unpacked!
After 5 days, MANY suitcases and boxes, and 10 episodes from the first season of True Blood, I am FINALLY unpacked!! Sorry for the unexpected blogging hiatus but after getting back to school on Wednesday I have been SOO busy seeing everyone and getting my room back in shape that I literally went on my computer for the first time yesterday! The past couple days have been such a blur with going out a little too much, and catching up with everyone, and I am DEF feeling it today haha so today I'm relaxing with my housemates watching SATC movie, catching up on Reader, and hanging out before going out to dinner tonight to celebrate M's birthday and the start of the school year. Many more pictures will be coming but here is a little sneek peek of my room.
I hope you all have had a great past week, and to those in college, a great start to the school year!

Question
Is it a problem it I leave for school in less than 24 hours and I haven't really started packing yet? This weekend was SO much fun, and I did get a lot of things done for going back to school (ie shopping haha) but packing wasn't really one of them. Friday I didn't really do much but on Saturday my dad and I had our annual back to school shopping trip that we've been taking together since I was little. Yes, I may be a little too old to do back to school shopping with my dad, but I love spending time together, and on top of that I got some really cute things (especially the Jcrew Ikat skirt which is ON SALE...WOO!) Saturday night we had a bunch of friends over for a cookout and yesterday my family and I went to Rockport which was SO pretty! So lots of fun this weekend but sadly no packing was done which means that it will be a LATE night!
Today my mom and I have been running last minute errands, and on top of everything else, I have to go to AT&T to get my phone fixed because it chose today of all days to break on me (typical.) So that's going to be it for me today (and probably the next couple days) but I hope you all had a GREAT weekend, and I would like to leave you all with this gem from Grease 2 (you all know how much I love that haha.)
Don't you wish that every school year could start with singing and dancing?

My Favorite Vacation Spots
Before I launch into my post I would like to give a HUGE thank you to sLe from the great blog Pearls, Curls, and a Southern Girl for also giving me the Social Butterfly award! I absolutely LOVE sLe's blog so if you haven't already, head over and say hi! This time, instead of nominating specific people, I nominate everyone who hasn't recieved an award yet, so grab this award and pass it on!
As most of you know, the amazing blogger Kelly, over at Kelly's Korner, host's show us your life Friday's which I love reading, and today I'm going to particiapate in my first one (I don't know why I haven't before haha) and show you my favorite vacation spots! I have a ton of favorite vacation spots, including Ottawa Beach Michigan, the Cape, and Nantucket, and have taken amazing vacations both with my friends, and my family. Today however, I'm going to share my hands down two favorite vacation spots that are my favorite places ever!
The first is Hawaii, and more specifically, Maui. My family and I went about three times when I was younger but I haven't been back since I think Junior or Senior year in High School and am DYING to! I think Maui is my favorite island because it is SO relaxing, and has the perfect combination of beaches, shopping, and yummy restaurants. There's also a HUGE volcano on the island which is so much fun to drive up to, and the view from the top is gorgeous! Because I haven't been back in a while I don't have any pictures that I took, but here are a few pictures from Google.
(The view of Lanai from Wailea)
(The beautiful view from the hotel we stayed at)
My other favorite vacation spot is Stowe Vermont, which is kinda off the beaten path but seriously my favorite place ever! I've been going up to Stowe since I was about a year old, and when I was older I spent 5 amazing summers at a summer camp a little north of there. Stowe is such an amazing town and is great in the summer, fall (when the leaves are BEAUTIFUL!) and winter when there is fantastic skiing. Even though my family and I aren't able to go up as often, we still try to make it up when we can and always have such a fun time!
Here are a couple pictures that I took last fall, when my family went up to celebrate my dad's birthday.
(the view of the lower village)
(Mt. Mansfield, which is one of the two main ski mountains)
(the view from the top of Mansfield)
So there you go...what are your favorite vacation places?

What's Been Entertaining Me Today
My car is in the shop today getting it's "checkup" before I take it back to school, so I'm stuck in the house today, kinda bored and not really doing much of anything. That is until I discovered Poladroid on La Mia Vita's blog. WOW this is seriously one of the most fun things ever...or maybe I'm just really easily amused today! All you have to do is download the application from the website, and then just drag and drop your pictures into the program, and it will turn them into polaroid pictures. I think polaroids are very cool, so this is a great way to get the effect without buying one of their cameras (ha I sound like a spokesperson for this haha.) Here are some of the one's I've done:
On a completely unrelated note, Southern Champagne Wishes gave me the Splash Award which is given to "alluring, amusing, bewitching, impressive, and inspiring blogs."
Thanks SO much!! Since I don't think there's any rules that go along with this, I'll go right ahead and pass this along to...
Classy in Philadelphia
French Kiss
Savvy Mode
Susan in the South
Tales of a Northern Belle
Off to order a VERY belated thank you gift for S (I won't say what it is because I think she looks at this occassionally) and a bday gift for M (ditto) and then read more of my somewhat entertaining but kinda annoying book (My Custom Van by Michael Ian Black in case you were wondering!)

Wow!!
I just went on blogger today and can't believe that I have 100 followers! I was a long time lurker (wow that sounds really creepy haha) and I started this blog randomly after my housemate tickledPINK decided to start one too. I never imagined that I would get so many followers or that you would even be slightly interested in my very boring life! Thank you to all who've been following and commenting....it seriously means SO much to me whenever I get a comment and I cannot thank you all enough for being so welcoming! Thank you all again and this definately means that I will be doing a giveaway SOON however I think I'm going to wait until I get back to school to host it.

A To Do List and an Award
I can't believe that this summer is almost over and I'm leaving for my SENIOR (AHHH) year a week from tomorrow. Obviously I'm sad to leave my family (as I always am) but I can't WAIT to get back and have fun for my last year (and maybe learn some things too haha) I'm a huge procrastinator when it comes to packing and normally I start doing all the things I need to do seriously like 2 days before I leave but this year I'm actually going to try to start ahead of time! Ok here are all the things that need to get done before I leave (all of these may or may not happen haha)
Hi, Lane's Newlywed Scandals
The Wrights
Seersucker & Sundresses
Authentically Me
Southern Champagne Wishes
All of these ladies are so fabulous so make sure to check out their great blogs!

Pack (I just looked at all my stuff and REALLY need to get started on this)
WOW...I have alot to get done and I'm almost positive I'm forgetting things. Hopefully the next time I post I'll be able to cross a couple of things off the list and be well on my way to being ready to move back!
The other major thing that happened today (besides the Sox just winning...YAY finally!) is that Mrs. Potts at Experiments in a Galley Kitchen gave the social butterfly award to some of her most recent followers and I was one of them!
"Love is like a butterfly, it goes where it pleases and it pleases wherever it goes."

This is such a fun award! I never really thought about it but I absolutely LOVE meeting new people and hosting parties so maybe that does make me a bit of a social butterfly! Here are my instructions: Please take this award, place it on your blog, and share it with whomever you wish. I'm taking Mrs. Potts lead and giving it to new followers whose blogs I just discovered and you should too!

Lazy Sunday
This is probably going to be a relatively short post because although my weekend was nice and relaxing, I didn't really do anything too exciting so I'm kinda limited on things to write about! Friday I saw Julie and Julia which was amazing, and I thought Meryl Streep, Stanley Tuccci, and Amy Adams were FANTASTIC! The movie also kinda inspired me to start cooking (or in my case learning to cook...boiling water to add pasta, and making tacos are kinda the extent of my abilities right now haha.) Maybe it's just me, but while I love the idea of cooking (I always save yummy recipes that I find on blogs, and own a ton of cookbooks) I never get around to actually making any of it, however after seeing the movie I definitely want to try my hand at it, although I'm probably going to wait awhile until I tackle Julia Child!
Saturday I met up with my friends L and N in Back Bay for lunch and then we ended up walking around Newberry Street which was fun. I got some great pre-fall things at H&M, Second Time Around, and (surprisingly) American Apperal. American Apperal always kinda intimidates me, and I never think I'm cool enough to walk in the store, let alone buy anything from there, but I found a really cute striped skirt that will be perfect for late summer, and fall, when I can layer it over some tights. One thing that I love about that store and H&M is that I always crack up though at the salespeople because you can always tell that they're trying SO hard to be edgy that it ends up looking a little redic....one of the sales girls in H&M was rocking platinum blone hair, giant grandfather glasses, a nose ring (not a stud, but a hoop that sticks out...like a bulls) and this poofy flower dress that was layered over stirrup leggings...I guess her outfit was kinda cool and it was definitely unique haha but the whole thing was a little much!
Last night I stayed home and had dinner with my family, and ended falling asleep on the couch (sad I know haha) and woke up at 3am, so once I made it up to bed, I couldn't get back to sleep until 5am...UGH! Today has been a VERY lazy day, mainly due to the cloudy weather outside, but at least I have an excuse to stay inside all day and read which is fine by me! I guess this post wasn't as short as I thought it was going to be, but that's about it for now. Off to meet up with Jillian, and then looking forward to True Blood, Entourage, and Army Wives tonight, and also this show Defying Gravity that's on ABC....is anyone else watching it? It's alittle weird but kinda good and makes for a fun summer show. Have a great Sunday night!

OMG!!
I couldn't think of a better title to describe my reaction when I found out I WON MY FIRST GIVEAWAY!! The giveaway was hosted by the amazing Savvy Mode and I found out this morning that I won these lovely babies
They're the Destiny heels in pewter metallic by Paris Hilton Footwear, and I am SO excited, I am already planning a ton of outfits to wear them with...Thanks Savvy Mode!
Sorry I didn't post yesterday...I was going to write about Tucker Blair, one of my new favorite brands, but I ended up going out last night with one of my good high school friends L, so I completely forgot, and will write about them next week! L and I had SUCH a great time last night...we went to the Met Bar and Grill (which I would highly recommend it was delish!) and had salads, drinks, and split this yummy wild mushroom ravoli with grilled chicken and brie...mmm I want some now! After, we then went to Fridays and the BBC (British Beer Company) for some drinks and girl talk. L is one of my very good friends from high school, however we haven't had the chance to chat together is a while so it was a great evening!
As it is with most nights where I think I'm going to come home early, I got home MUCH later than I wanted to and also drank ALOT more than I wanted to, so today I spent the day laying out in the back yard, enjoying the last Sookie Stackhouse book, and the sunshine. It has been so relaxing, and a perfect way to spend such a beautiful day! Right now I don't really have any plans for the weekend, so we'll see what happens but I hope you all have a fun and relaxing weekend!

ETA: I also just wanted to say RIP John Hughes. Although I was a little young to see his movies when they were first released, I've avidly watched them when I was older, and he still is one of my favorite directors. His death is so sad, and he will greatly be missed!

Happy People Dancing
I just decided to switch my internet browser over from Safari to Firefox because Safari kept crashing, and it overall sucks in my opinion haha, but as I was going through my bookmarks to copy the ones that I wanted to keep I came upon this video that my aunt sent me last year (I SWEAR this isn't from The Daily Show haha)
Whenever I'm having a bad day or feeling just down in the dumps this video always makes me smile, and still gives me the goosebumps (for some random reason) even though I've seen it like 800 times haha. I especially like any of the scenes with the little kids, and the scene in India. Enjoy!

Just For Fun
I don't often talk about politics on here (in fact I think this is the first time I'm bringing it up ha!) because I've always believed that you should never talk about politics, money, or religion, except with family or extremely close friends...and then I'm all for it. Still (and I promise there is a fun conclusion at the end of this) I am going to bring up a political issue right now because I saw something funny last night on The Daily Show, and thought I would share it!
To preface this clip slightly...I still need to educate myself more on health care, so I can speak more intelligently on the issue, however, I do believe that we need a reform of health care in this country. While I'm not against the idea of a government run health care program, I do believe that with the amount of job losses, now is not the best time to be increasing taxes. I also am all for politicians to simplify (not dumb them down) issues and present them in a fun way...however I think this senator missed the mark just a little bit. BAHHHH ok I tried for 20 min to embed the clip but the Comedy Central website hates me, and I can't find it on youtube, so if you're interested in checking out the clip you can watch it here.
Again, I really don't want to offend anyone on here, but I think that with all of the serious issues, it's ok to have fun with politics, and regardless of your party affiliation, be able to laugh! Also, it's fun to shake up things every once in awhile over here at A Boston Belle! Alright enough with that... just finished Jillian, so I'm off to have lunch, lay out in my backyard, and continue reading The Rope Walk, which is good but I still don't know if I love it even though I'm more than half way done.

RIP Camera :(
After 3 years with my trusty pink Sony Cyber Shot, it officially died today, I think as the result of getting sand in it...maybe? Honestly I have NO idea why it died but I am SO sad, and I have a TON of pictures on it that I will have to get off...grrrrr. Also this couldn't come at a worse time because I really don't have the money for a new camera right now, due to the fact that I STILL haven't gotten paid at my job that I've been working at since May....but that story is for a totally different post! Sadly enough I won't be able to share pictures with you all until a little bit, but hopefully those pics will come eventually!!
In other news, I have developed a new obsession...Sweet Leaf Iced Teas.
Now I'm sure that these are nothing compared to real sweet tea down in the South, and, it comes in a TON of different flavors, which I'm sure that real sweet tea isn't supposed to, but for us Northern girls this stuff is pretty tasty!
Alright I'm pretty much out of anything exciting to talk about right now. Working at the store today, and then meeting up with Jillian after because I haven't done the shred in SOOO long...oops. OH (I just thought of something haha) does anyone know if the boston area Sonic has opened yet? If it has I might have to drive an hour to get my fix...I can't wait to have a Sonic (somewhat) close by when I get back to school! I also never knew that there's a Nordstrom Rack in Saugus, I think....has anyone been to it, and is it worth checking out??

Home Sweet Home
Hello again I'm officially back from vacation and it was absolutely AMAZING!! We all had the best time and I miss all my family already...we're already booking the same cottage for next year and are planning on going for two weeks!! But as nice as vacation was sleeping in my own bed last night was so nice...theres nothing like it after coming back from vaca.
I don't know what it is but whenever I take a night flight, even if I don't sleep on the plane, I'm never tired when I get home. When we got home at 12am last night, I was def NOT tired so stayed up late watching True Blood from last week (and in my opinion I thought it was only OK) and didn't get to bed until 2am...ugh! I am SO tired today so I apologize and say that my long vacation recap will have to wait until tomorrow....I know you all will be holding your breath hahaha.
Today it's kinda overcast here which is FINE by me because I'm planning on spending a very relaxing day unpacking, catching up on my dvr, and catching up on reader (538 posts...WOAH!) Hope everyone had a great and relaxing weekend and HAPPY AUGUST (well a day late)! Wow where did this summer go?
xoxo
